1. Treatments are carefully planned to accommodate the needs of each and every guest. Persons who arrive late may still be accommodated with the condition that the schedule treatment time may not be exceeded and the full fee remains.
2. Should you wish to change or cancel an appointment, please contact reception.
3. We would be grateful if you would honor a minimum of 4 hours notice when changing or canceling an appointment.
