& Conditions
- Bookings over the amount of R500 or bookings for Fri-Sun have to be paid upfront in full within 12 hrs of the booking been made, if not your booking may have to be cancelled. Bookings not cancelled within 24hrs prior to treatment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and bookings that are not cancelled will be charged the full amount and the treatment will be lost.
- Payments made and vouchers are non refundable.
- Bookings not confirmed by the previous afternoon may have to be cancelled if we can not get into contact with the client.
- An additional 10% fee will be added to bookings made for a Sunday.
- If a client arrives late for a treatment, the treatment will still be done in the designated time frame and the full amount will be charged.
- Once purchased courses have commenced, they will not be refunded or exchanged and must be used in the allocated time frame.
- Vouchers purchased for treatments are valid for 3 months for the price they were purchased for if the price has changed after your voucher has expired the difference will have to be paid in.
- Products purchased are non refundable, if they are proved to be defective we will exchange the product.
African Essence Spa will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings and parking is at own risk.
- We reserve the right of admission.
- African Essence Spa will not be held responsible for any personal injury to a client before, during or after any treatment.
- Please could we ask clients to keep noise levels in the spa to a minimum at all times and cell phones to be kept on silent.
- African Essence Spa will not be held responsible for any defective treatments caused by negligence of the client.
